OBITUARY MRS. HASSIE M. JONES
Funeral services for Mrs. Hassie Mai Jones, 81, Cedar Grove Community, who died June 13 at Rutherford Hospital, will be held 10 a.m., June 15, Jennings and Ayres Chapel with burial in Milton Cemetery. Charles Locke will officate. Her parents were the late John T. Smithson and Nancy Mosier Smithson. Her husband the late James A. Jones, who died in 1968. She is survived by a son, Clyde Jones, Cedar Grove; a daughter, Mrs. Eugene Bell, Milton; three brothers; Charlie, Spring Hill; John, Gassaway, Forrest, Aubrurtown; a sister Mrs. Evie Lee, Liberty; eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Grandsons and nephews will be pallbearers. A member of the Church of Christ, Mrs. Jones lived in Rutherford County the past 11 years. Daily News Journal, Murfreesboro, TN. Jun 14, 1972
