Funeral services for Mr. James Ulysses Collins, age 67, of Fayetteville, TN, who passed away Thursday, May 20, 2004 in Huntsville Hospital, were conducted Sunday, May 23, 2004 in the chapel of the Gallant Funeral Home with Rev. Dalton Warden, Rev. Allen Black & Richard L. Dugger officiating. Burial followed in Riverview Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Collins was a native of Lincoln County, TN, son of Eugene 'Tood' Collins & Tina Carlisle Collins, of Flintville, TN, who survive him, a mechanic and car salesman, and a member of the Brogan Avenue Baptist Church.
Along with his parents, Mr. Collins is survived by his wife: Faye Collins, Daughter: Lisa Sprengel; son: Terry Collins all of Fayetteville, TN; 2 sisters: June Sanders of Huntsville, AL, Dr. Ernest & Fledra Farmer of Franklin, TN; 2 nieces: Penelope Hudson of Huntsville, AL, Melissa Harned of Brentwood, TN and 1 nephew: Gene Sanders of Huntsville, AL.
