I see you laughing and fishing with the smile that came naturally.
You would keep me home from school so it could just be you and me.

I still can feel your beat in my heart.
I remember how you would smile through tears and say "Nothing can ever keep us apart anyway".

It is amazing all you went through, just to stay around.
The RAREST kind of courage I know can never again be found.

I thank God for the time I had with you.
Nothing can ever compare.
But losing you thirty years ago broke my heart beyond repair.

Sill do.
Same as ever.
Always.
No matter what.
I miss you.

Yours always-
Muffet
