On the 1940 US Census for Upshur County, Texas I found a
Connie Abron M age 53 born in Texas

I looked for Marriages for this family the only one I found was a
Lola B. Abron age 45 who married a Robert M. Jones Apr 10, 1978 Gregg, Texas in Texas Marriages 1966-2010 no other reference to members of the family. I do not know for sure this Lola is sister to Jimmie.
Note: I found where a Jimmie Lee Abron and a Bucilla (Skinner) had Jimmie Ray, Joyce Marie, Dianna, and Dorothy Ann Abron from 1945 to 1953 in Upshur and Crane Co, Texas

Survivors include four daughters, Patsy Abron Nunn of Houston, Diane Abron, Dorothy Brown of La Porte and Joyce Andrepoint of Crane; one son, Jimmy Ray Abron of Houston; three sisters, Lena Mae Johnson and Clydie Mae Harper, both of Ore City and Lola B.
