Fredonia 'Donia' Teresa Dunaway was the daughter of John Dunaway and Margaret Gordon. She was born 25 January 1840 probably in Bedford County, Tennessee. She married John Francis King sometime after 1857 in Bedford County. She died 20 January 1921 in Coffee County, TN. This family moved from Bedford County to Coffee County circa 1880 and 1885. This couple had 5 known children: Margaret King (buried Jenkins Chapel Cem., Bedford Co., TN); James Moore King (also buried Hillsboro); William J. King (may be buried in/near Dallas, TX); Hattie E.
