BELTON — Services for William Stanley Fowler, 68, of Belton will be at 10 a.m.
Saturday at Heartfield Funeral Home in Belton with the Rev. Billy Johnson and
the Rev. Billy Crow officiating.
Burial will be in Friendship Cemetery near Davilla.
Mr. Fowler died Tuesday, Aug. 28, at a Temple hospital.
He was born in Cameron to Howard Fowler and Frances Ellen Bales Fowler. He
worked the last seven years for the Belton school district maintaining the
Belton High School athletic fields. He married Linda Pearl Wilhite on June 5,
1959, in Belton. She preceded him in death on April 23 of this year.
Survivors include one son, Bobby Fowler of Del Valle; his father of Temple;
three grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
