Mon, 01 Aug 2005 ERVIN J. ALLDREDGE – 82, of Paris, died at 3:25 p.m. Friday (July 29, 2005) at Paris Health Care Center. He was a printer at U. O. Colson. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday (Aug. 2) at the Stewart and Carroll Funeral Home, with the Rev. Fr. David Zimmerman officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery in Stratton Township. Friends may call from noon until the service time Tuesday at the funeral home. The family suggests that memorial donations be made to Paris Health Care Center.
Mr. Alldredge was born Feb. 6, 1923, at Eldorado, the son of Clement Alldredge and Veronica Munsterman Alldredge. He married Marjorie F. Barr on March 27, 1946, at Paris. She survives. He is also survived by one son, Tom Alldredge of Pasto Robels, Calif.; one sister, Mary Rose Alldredge of Eldorado; one grandson; and two step-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one brother and one sister.
Mr. Alldredge was a U.S. Army veteran. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and American Legion Post 211.
