Funeral services were held at 2 P.M. Monday for Maggie Allison, 85, who died Sunday night in an Atlanta nursing home.
The Reverend Walter MaGouyrk officiated and was assisted by the Reverend Thurman McCasland. The services were held in the New Hope Baptist Church and burial was in the New Hope Cemetery. Arrangements were under the direction of Smith Funeral Home of Stamps, Arkansas.
Survivors include one son; Earl Allison of Bloomburg; one daughter, Mrs. J. A. Gibson of Bloomburg; one sister, Winnie Hanson of Bloomburg; two brothers, Hershell and Cosby Thomas both of Bloomburg; four Grandchildren and seven Great Grandchildren.
