Alvin Cheery Keeter, for the last three months, a resident of Tulelake, Caifornia, passed away in that city Wednesday January 3, 1940 at 6 a.m. following an illness of two weeks. He was a native of Marion county, Arkansas, and at the time of his death was aged 67 years, 5 months and 2 days. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Ella Keeter of Tulelake, California, five sons, Gilbert, Baxter and Francis Keeter of Marion county, Arkansas, Rose and Olen Keeter of Tulelake, Cailfornia, one daughter, Miss Nellie Keeter (Mrs. Virgil Yarbroug of CA) of Tulelake, California, and one brother, K.B. Keeter of Eloy, Arizona, also ten grandchildren.
