Funeral services for Mrs. Gladys Yeager, 30, who died Friday, Dec. 21 at her home in Hamlin of influenza, were held Monday, Dec. 24 at 2 PM at the Central Methodist Church in Hamlin with the Rev. T.S. Bostick, pastor, officiating. Interment followed in Fairview Cemetery with the Johnson-Koontz Funeral Home in charge. Surviving are the husband, Watt Yeager; three daughters, Vivian May, Kathleen and Mary Lee, all at home; the parents, Mr. and Mrs. Johnnie Elkins of Hamlin; five brothers, Wetzel and Merlin Elkins of Barberton, OH, Harlan Elkins of New Rochelle, NY and Davis and Thurman Elkins of Hamlin, and one sister, Mrs. Ida Mae Roberts of Lansing, MI. Pallbearers were Hal Yeager, Jessie Adkins, Moss Adkins, Harry Curry, John Lambert and Russel Bryant.
