LEESBURG, Ga. — Bertha Irene Tickle Lucas, 86, 214 Main St., Leesburg, Ga., died Tuesday, Sept. 18, 2007, at Lee County Health Care, Leesburg.
Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Ridge Funeral Home Chapel, with Elder Jamey Tucker officiating. Burial will follow in the Lucas Family Cemetery.
She was a native of Mt. Airy and was a homemaker.
Surviving are daughters, Anita Childre of Leesburg, Ga. and Ramona Lanthorne of Titusville, Fla.; sons, John Lucas of High Point and Tim Lucas of Asheboro; sisters, Lala Lambert of Mt. Airy and Dot Simpson of Dobson; 16 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; and four great great-grandchildren.
The family will be at Ridge Funeral Home, 6-8 p.m. Friday.
