Daughter of the late Andrew Jackson and Cora Effie Garner Treadwell, she was raised in Welcome Home, AR, and attended Witts Spring School. She married Franklin Daniel Cannada on January 21, 1946, in Marshall, AR. He died on July 10, 2006. She worked at Boeing Aircraft through the 1950's. She also worked for Atlantic Mills Department Store in the late 1960's and 70's. She moved to Medford, OK, on June 30, 2007. She was preceded in death by an infant son and one sister. She was survived by one daughter, Barbara Solorio; three sisters, Elsie Cannada, Margie Boyd and Donna Cormier; two brothers, Roy Treadwell and Audie Treadwell. Her funeral was held July 16, 2008, with The Rev. Chuck Stansbery officiating.
