MORGAN, Joyce P. "Sue," 80, of Richmond, died Tuesday, July 15, 2008. She was precededed in death by her husband, Russell L. Morgan; and her son, Jack Morgan. She is survived by two sons, Warren R. Morgan and his wife, Janet, and Gary R. Morgan and his wife, Peggy; one daughter, Susan Morgan; two brothers, Ken and Pete Person; five grandchildren, Jenny, Brian, Chuck, Laurie and Randy; four great-grandchildren, Vincent, Hailey, Callie and Addison. Mrs. Morgan was a former member of Cosby Memorial Baptist Church, and a current member of Elkhardt Baptist Church. She volunteered at Chippenham Medical Center for over 20 years. Her family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Bliley's-Chippenham, 6900 Hull Street Rd. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Thursday at Elkhardt Baptist Church, 6715 Hull Street Rd. Interment Maury Cemetery.
