RITES HELD FOR VERNER HUNTER
Services for Verner A. Hunter, 83, who died Friday, were held at 2 pm Sunday at the Fidler and Wood Funeral Home in Farmersburg, with Brother Laverne Hall officiating. Burial was in West Lawn Cemetery.
Mr. Hunter was a member of the Liberty Church of Christ.
Surviving are the widow, Ruth; four daughters, Mrs. Betty Heady and Mrs. Joan Lee, both of Pimento, Mrs. Eleanor Mullens, of Farmersburg, and Mrs. Jewell Harbour, Terre Haute; five sons, Kenneth and Richard both of Terre Haute, Lowell, Lebanon, Gerald, New Palestine, Ind., and George, Indianapolis; 27 grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren.
