the Life Care Center of Omaha at the age of 62 years.
She is survived by : 3 Sons: Robert Cusatis, Jr. of Omaha, NE; Bradley Cusatis, Sr. of Lincoln, NE; Tim Cusatis, Sr. and wife Jane of Hastings, NE; 13 Grandchildren: Tasha, Amber, Corey, Trey, Dakota, Kayla, Adriana, Bradley, Levi,
Winnie, T.J., Melissa, Shawn. 4 Great Grandchildren, Father: Larry Carey of Lincoln, NE; Brothers: Byron Carey and wife Debra of Lincoln, NE; Kevin Kulek and wife Pam of Juniata, NE; Sister: Kim Horne and husband Val of Red Cloud, NE.
Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, July 18, 2007 at 11:00 A.M. at the Fusselman-Wymore Funeral Home Chapel in Plattsmouth with Dr. Allan Wooters officiating.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, July 17th from 1:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M.
Interment will be in Oak Hill Cemetery in Plattsmouth, NE.
Memorials are suggested to the Odyssey Health Care or Life Care Center of Omaha.
