Nora E. Farnworth
Services for Nora E. Farnworth, 84, of 4414 Hoover, who died Saturday at a Boise nursing home, will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday at the Fifth Ward Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day saints by Bishop Eli Campbell. Interment will be in Cloverdale Cemetery.
She was born Feb. 7, 1893, at Muscat, Kan., daughter of Daniel and Ella Freeman Presnell, and moved with her family to Carey. She married Percy Q. Farnworth at the Salt Lake City LDS Temple. They farmed at Carey and later moved to the Nampa-Boise area where they farmed and operated a barbershop.
She was a member of the LDS Church and held many stake and ward positions.
Surviving are six sons, Ovid, Nanaimo, B.C., Dwight, Boise, John D., Salem, Ore., Hal V., Lakeview, Ore., Arel E., Eugene, Ore., and Francis F., Grants Pass, Ore.; a daughter, Twila N. Heath, Port Angeles, Wash.; a sister, Emily Conway, Denver; 31 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
