Tona, 50, died at Otis Hospital following a cerebral hemorrhage.

He was born to George and Caroline (Miller) Bollenbacher. On Nov 6, 1913, he married Anna Fahncke, who survived him.

Also surviving were a son, Lester, Celina; a daughter, Ruth Ferguson, Celina; and two brothers, Clarence, Toledo, and Edwin, Liberty-tp.

Services were held at St. Paul's Evangelical and Reformed Church.
