Jerry Dewayne Martin died at his Weatherford home on Tuesday, March 2, 1994. He was born in Aspermont, TX and had been a resident of Weatherford since early childhood. He wa preceded in death by his son, Scott Allen Martin in 1993; his parents, Homer Houston "Boots" and Estelle Joseph Mullis Martin, and sister, Patsy Ruth Bowles.
Surviving are his oldest son, Charles Wayne Martin of Weatherford; four brothers, H.T. Martin of Granbury, Travis Martin of Ft. Worth, Billy H. Martin of Cooper, and Charles E. Martin of Millsap; one sister, Mary Etta Jenkins of Weatherford; many nieces and nephews.
Graveside services wil be held at 2pm Saturday, March 5, at Memory Gardens Memorial Park on the Mineral Wells Highway. Cotton-Bratton is in charge of arrangements.
