Mrs. Norma Jean Crain Tester, age 48, 2503 Fulton Dr., Johnson City; went to be with her Lord & Savior around noon on Thursday, Dec. 1, 2005, at home surrounded by her loving family & friends after a long battle with cancer.

She was born in Johnson City on June 30, 1957, and a daughter of the late Herman Wayne and Sarah Elizabeth Crain. Mrs. Tester was a loving wife, mother, sister and grandmother. She was a member of the Pentecostal Upper Room Family Worship Center, and will be missed by all who knew her. Mrs. Tester was preceded in death by her parents and one special sister, Donna Faye Kelly.

She is survived by her loving husband, Archie Victor Tester II; one daughter, Crystal Gail Tester, of White Pine; two sons: Dallas Gene Tester, of Johnson City, Donald Paul Tester and wife, Beth, of Jonesborough; four sisters: Joan Wanda Crain, Deborah "Debbie" Wilson and husband, Jimmy, Rita Gail Miller and husband, Randy, and Shelia Marie Tester and husband, Ricky, all of Johnson City; 3 Brothers: Herman "Pat" Crain and wife, Ann, Gary Wayne Crain and wife, Sandy, Roger Crain and wife, Sue, all of Johnson City; six grandsons: Andrew Logan, Skyler Brett, Lucien Xavier and Kagan Gage Tester, all of Jonesborough, Jarred Nathaniel and Landon Wade Garrett, of White Pine; one granddaughter: Melody Starr Alexander, of White Pine; several nieces and nephews; and a very special friend, Judy Robbins of Johnson City.
