Funeral for Mrs. Anna Mae Jarnagin Douglas, 96, 1104 Michigan, will be at 3:30 p.m. Saturday in the chapel of Sevier Funeral Home. Rev. K.E. Rains, pastor of Grace Baptist Church, will officiate.
Mrs. Douglas was born October 21, 1882, at Decatur, TX.to John Porter Jarnagin and Sarah Elizabeth Rogers Jarnagin. She died Wednesday, Sept. 12, in South Community Hospital in Oklahoma City.
She had been a resident of Chickasha for over 40 years. She and Raymond Douglas were married on June 6, 1963, in Chickasha. He preceded her in death on March 16, 1977.
She is survived by six daughters, Mrs. Una Mae Scott of Carlsbad, N.M., Mrs. Rena Hackett, of Garland, TX, Mrs. Eva Mae Brooks of Chickasha, Mrs. Eloise Hussfeldt of Mustang, Mrs. Thelma Odom of Oklahoma City, Mrs. Jewell Wilson of Amarillo, TX; one son, Alonzo Stumpf of Chickasha; 28 grandchildren, 69 great grandchildren.
Internment will be in Fairlawn Cemetery.
