Frank M Bynum and Angeline S Pate Bynum were the parents of Stephen Bynum. He was born in Fayetteville, Tennessee. The mother of his children was Carrie Ida Bradford Bynum. They married about 1902 and came to Oklahoma about 1916. In his World War I Draft Registration he stated he was widowed with three children. The Draft Registration was dated 9-12-1918. He married Anna Hall Criswell, the widow of Benjamin C Criswell in 1924. They had no children. He died in Hollis, Oklahoma.
