Sept. 19, 1922- July 6, 2008 Resident of Waterford, CA Born in Madera County, Lee passed way on Saturday, July 6, 2008, at the age of 85. He is preceded in death by his wife of 61 years, Helen. Lee is survived by his children, Carol A. Edwards of Modesto, CA; Randolph L. Scheid of Walnut Creek, CA and David A. Scheid of Milpitas, CA; 4 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren, and sister, Jane Phister of Livingston, CA. Lee was in the Army where he received a Purple Heart in WWII. He was a general contractor. Family and friends are invited to CHAPEL OF THE CHIMES MEMORIAL PARK AND FUNERAL HOME, 32992 Mission Blvd, Hayward, CA for visitation ,TODAY, Thursday, July 10th from 4:30- 8:30 and Graveside Service, Friday, July 11th at 10:00 am.
