Minnie Peterich succumbs at 88
ORLAND – Minnie Margaret Peterich, 88 died May 18 in a rest home in Willows. She was born May 27, 1885 in Germantown (now) Artois). She has been an Orland area resident since 1945 and has been a life long member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Artois and was a very active member at one time of the Orland Women's Improvement Club.
She is survived by Marguerite Luczhesi of Woodland and Mrs. Helen Barceloux of Orland and two grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Sweet's Mortuary. Reverend Robert Kriger of the Lutheran Church in Artois will officiate and burial will follow in the Artois Cemetery. - Transcribed by E.
