MRS. ELIZABETH YANDLE DEAD.
-----
Sister of Mr. J. D. Foard Dies at His Home in Charlotte, Where She Had Lived For More Than Two Years -- A Native of Union County.

Mrs. Elizabeth Yandle died yesterday afternoon at 5:30 o'clock at the home of her brother, Mr. J. D. Foard, in Myers park. Death resulted from chronic malaria, from which Mrs. Yandle had been suffering especially for the past six months.

Mrs. Yandle was 64 years old. Since the death of her husband, Mr. Milas M. Yandle, slightly more than two years ago, she had made her home with Mr. Foard in Charlotte. She was a native of Union county, being, prior to her marriage, Miss Elizabeth Foard. She was at the time of her death and for many years had been a consistant (sic) and devoted member of Mill Grove Methodist church, Union county, and the interment will occur near there some time today. The funeral party will leave on the 5 o'clock train over the Seaboard this morning.

Mrs. Yandle is survived by no children but by the following brothers and sisters: Messrs. J. C. Foard and T. R. Foard of Union, both of whom were here, J. D. Foard of Charlotte, W. L. and J. F. Foard of Union, and by Mrs. Drucilla Horton of Mecklenburg and Mrs. G. L. Helms of Union, both of these being at her bedside.
