On Feb 23, 1900 he married Ricka Andersen and to this union were born 5 daughters and 1 son. After marriage they lived in Minden for a number of years. Thence they moved to Kearney where they lived until Aug 1924, when they moved to Arnold. Funeral services were held at United Presby church at Minden Wed Sept 24. Burial was in the Minden cemetery.
