A native of Irwin, Iowa, he was formerly a resident of Alhambra for 10 years, San Gabriel for the past 10 years and California 26 years. Survived by his wife, Mrs. Helen B. Pixley; 1 daughter, Mrs. Leon E. Edwards of Rosemead; 3 brothers, Faye Pixley of Minneapolis, Minn., Eri Pixley of Minneapolis, Bernard Pixley of Alhambra; 1 sister, Miss Mary Pixley of Minneapolis; 1 grand-daughter, Helen Edwards of Rosemead. Services Saturday 11:30 a.m. at the Little Stone Church of Turner, Stevens & Turner. Rev. G. Byron Deahler officiating. Interment Live Oak Memorial Park.
