She was born June 3, 1932 in Richfield to Emil and Ila Elder Hansen. She marreid Jesse LeRoy Heath June 25, 1949; later divorced. She then married Harold Wardell in 1971. He preceded her in death in 1981.
She was an avid gardener and had an abiding love for her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be missed by her family and many friends.
She is survived by her children, Susan Heath of Emery, Diane Rackley of Kearns, Terry L. Heath of Emery and James W. Heath. Also survived by her sister, Betty Prettyman of Emery, and brother, Perry Hansen of Fairbanks, Alaska; eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and stepfather, Frank M. Lee and one grandson.
There will be a public viewing Tuesday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. at Fausett Mortuary in Castle Dale. Graveside services will be in the Clifton, Idaho, cemetery Wednesday afternoon.
