Mrs. H. O. Ballard, 62, died at 12:30 this morning at her home who lived in this community for about 20 years, is survived by one son, Robert H. Ballard of the home, a daughter, Mrs. Robert Franklin Ross of Columbus, Ga., and two sisters, Mrs. Frank Armstrong of Joplin, Mo., and Mrs. Lem Ricketts of Springfield, Mo. The Ballards operated a diary northwest of the city for a number of years.
Mrs. Ballard was a member of the Eastern Star, the Rebekahs and the Daughters of Union Veterans. The body is at the Burt Funeral home.
