OREM - Thomas L. Allred, 70, died at a Provo hospital Sunday,(20 Feb 1955) 9:30 a.m., after six months illness. Born Aug. 21, 1884, in Deseret, Millard County, to Ephraim L. And Harriet Brunson Allred. Parents moved to Emery County when he was 10. Active in Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Was a high priest. Married Amy Stott in Manti Temple June 16, 1915. They lived in Duchesne County, came to Orem 1937. Survivors, widow; four daughters, Mrs.. Hope Poplin, Mrs.. Beth Johnson, Orem; Mrs.. Dorothy Lindblom, Mrs.. Lucille Hale, Salt Lake City; four brothers, two sisters, 16 grandchildren. Funeral Wednesday 1 p.m. Timpanogos Ward Chapel. Friends call at Olpin Mortuary, Orem, Tuesday, 7 to 9 p.m., Wednesday prior to funeral
