CONTRIBUTOR'S NOTE: Family records show that Frederick came from Germany without his family in 1846 and was a baker in Philadelphia. He later returned to Germany and brought his family to the US in 1849. They moved to New Jersey and lived place to place where the glass factories were until finally moving to Millville, New Jersey.
