She was the daughter of William Eddy and Cora Alice (Sewell) Wilhite. She attended schools in Bentley and Atoka. She married Marvin Anderson on Oct. 25, 1943 in Napa, California. She was preceded in death by her parents; twin sons, Jimmy and Johnny Anderson; five brothers, William, Ronnie, Earlin, Roy Dale and Robert Wilhite; and a cousin, Katherine Ford. Services were held Oct. 31, 2007 at Brown's Funeral Chapel in Atoka, Oklahoma, with the Rev. John Howard officiating.
