Fred Kubica, 65, died Saturday, June 28, 2008, in Somerset.
He was born and raised in New Brunswick, before building a log cabin in Glen Gardner in 1985, and then he moved to Belle Mead in 1994.
He was an owner/operator of Fred's Auto Service/Kubica Inc. Used Cars in New Brunswick for 36 years, before retiring in 2006. He enjoyed driving his 1929 Ford and his H2 Hummer.
He is survived by a loving wife, Elene Rizk Kubica, and many cousins, especially Bill Kovach. He will be sadly missed by his wife and pets.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, at Boylan Funeral Home, 188 Easton Ave., New Brunswick. Entombment will follow at St. Peter's Cemetery in New Brunswick. Family and friends may visit 2 p.m.-4 p.m. and 7 p.m.-9 p.m. Wednesday, at the funeral home.
