He was born June 23, 1944 in Dillsburg to the late William and Fay Beamer.
Carl graduated from Northern High School and attended the University of Wisconsin.
After serving in the U.S. Army, he was employed by many financial institutions from being an Auditor to President & CEO of Central Savings Bank PaSA. Present day, he was the owner/operator of General Business Consulting.
Carl was a member of Dillsburg Assembly of God Church and currently attended Christ Community Church where he has been a member for three years.
He has been involved in various civic groups and church ministries.
Surviving are three sons: Douglas E., of Harrisburg, Brian E., of Etters, and Carl A., of Twentynine Palms, California; three daughters: Yvonne S. Seeger of Etters, Wendy A Collett of York Haven, and Rebecca M. Cordaro of Philadelphia; five grandchildren: and, one brother: Kenneth Beamer of Mechanicsburg.
Services will be held Saturday, July 5, 2008, at 10:00 AM, in the Cocklin Funeral Home, Inc., 30 N. Chestnut Street, Dillsburg, with the Rev. Steve Spuler officiating. A viewing will be held Friday, July 04, 2008 from 06:00 - 08:00 PM at the funeral home.
Burial will follow in the Dillsburg Cemetery-Mountain Road.
