Of Gardner, passed away suddenly at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, IN, with his family by his side, on Tuesday, June 24, 2008 at age 45.

Survived by his wife, Diana (nee Saulsbery) Musgrave; two children, Jessica Erin and Richard Patrick Musgrave; four step-children, William, Benjamin, Branden, and Danielle Cox; his father, Coil (Phyllis) Musgrave; two brothers, Lawrence Alan (Jean) and David Scott (Carol) Musgrave; a sister, Kyla Stewart; three step-brothers, Willie and Vincent (Lisa) Miner, and Michael (Shenon) Bone; and step-sister, Elizabeth (David) Neven; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews also survive; his puppy, Max Amillion Musgrave.

Preceded in death by his mother, Beverly Ann (nee McKinney) Musgrave; his paternal grandparents; and maternal grandparents.

Veteran of the US Navy. Employed with Midwest Generation. Enjoyed hunting, motorcycle riding, Nascar, and an avid CUB fan.

Funeral services will be held at the Carlson-Holmquist-Sayles Funeral Home, 2320 Black Rd., Monday, June 30, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. Interment with full military honors at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to his children, Jessica Erin and Richard Patrick, at any Harris Bank Branch would be appreciated. Visitation Sunday 4-8 PM.
