On March 4, 1906, he was married to Mary L. Wailes, and to this union three children were born, a son who passed away in infancy; Virgie and David.
He was preceded in death by his father, his wife and the infant son, and is survived by his mother and the two children.
Although he had been in failing health for several years, suffering from a heart ailment, his passing comes as a shock to his family and a host of friends.
Funeral services were held from the Jerome Methodist church at 2:00 o'clock, Rev. J. A. Wilson, pastor at Unionville, Ia., officiating. Interment was made at Jerome cemetery.
