A Sorely-Afflicted family.
Mrs Sarah J. Trout, widow of the late John F. Trout, and mother of Miss Sallie Trout, one of the victims of the typhoid fever scourge several weeks ago, died on Friday evening at her late residence, No. 209 West Orange street. She was stricken three weeks ago with typhoid fever and lingered until Friday evening, when she died. This family have been sorely afflicted, several children having died within a short time, and another is now lying at death's door, suffering with the same disease.
The funeral was held on Monday afternoon at 1 o'clock from the house, and at 2 o'clock at Longenecker's Mennonite meeting house, the deceased having been a member of the Mennonite church.

TROUT - September 12, 1890, in this city, Sarah J., wife of the late John F. Trout, in her sixty-sixth year.
The relatives and friends of the family are respectfully invited to attend the funeral, from her late residence 209 West Orange Street, on Monday afternoon at 1 o'clock. Services at Longenecker's meeting house at 3 o'clock, where interment will take place.
