Mrs. Neal died at 5:45 p.m., Monday, at the Guest House Nursing Home.
A Pelican native, Mrs. Neal had lived in Shreveport 54 years. She was the retired co-owner of Neal's Grocery Store, and a member of Southside Baptist Church, and Rebecca Lodge.
Survivors include a son, Ben Neal Jr. of Shreveport; a daughter, Mrs. J. B. Rawls of Shreveport; a sister, Mrs. Corrine Dyson of Marthaville; seven grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren.
Pallbearers were James Rawls Jr., James L. White, C. M. Biggs, Frank Turner, Richard Neal White, and Paul Farley.
