GEORGE B. TROUT
George B. Trout died yesterday morning at 8:15 o'clock at the home of his son, Harry E. Trout, No. 808 North Duke street, from a complication of diseases. The deceased was in his eighty-first year, and was born in Paradise township. He was the son of the late Abraham and Susan Trout, and was very well known throughout the county. For a period of fifteen years he was an engineer on the Strasburg railroad, but later he moved to Philadelphia where he was employed by the Rayburn Manufacturing Company. He is survived by the following children: Harry E., of this city, Sylvester L., George M., Charles R., Walter G., and Mrs. Oliver I. Clark, all of Philadelphia; Richard N., of Strasburg; Mrs. James McClure, of Revona, and Mrs. Benjamin Bowers, of Paradise. He is the last of a family of fifteen children, and he is also survived by 29 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. The funeral will be held from the home of his son, Harry E., with whom he resided, on Thursday afternoon at 1 o'clock, with further services at 2 o'clock in Longenecker's Mennonite church. Interment will be made in Longenecker's cemetery.
