Keokuk County News, 14 Feb 1901 Kinross Mrs. Hotchkiss, who has been sick several months, died at 2 o'clock Sunday. The funeral was held at the Methodist church Tuesday. She leaves a husband, two sons, two daughters and four grandsons who mourn her loss deeply. The bereaved family have the sympathy of the entire community. N.B., Funeral may have been from Brethren church unless everyone used the Methodist church for convenience (buried at Brethren cem.).
