Mrs. Dora Lee Metcalf, former resident of this area died Friday. She was born in Kaufman County July 31, 1905. She moved to Sunnyvale in 1967. She married Johnny Metcalf June 20, 1931. One child preceded her in death. Survived by her husband; four sons, Robert Metcalf and Herbert Metcalf, both of Sunnyvale; John Wayne Metcalf, Dallas Gilmer Metcalf, Garland; four daughters, Mrs. H. H. Mercer, Lancaster; Mrs. Johnny _wn and Mrs. Gene Meek, both of Garland and Miss __ Metcalf, Sunnyvale; 8 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and half brother, John Moore of Dallas. Burial in Weaver Cemetery. Anderson-Clayton Bros., Terrell.
