ADA — Services for Donna Faye Gibson, 66, Ada, are 11 a.m. Tuesday at Criswell Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Oaklawn Cemetery in Wynnewood.Mrs. Gibson died Friday, June 6, 2008, at her home. She was born Oct. 19, 1941, at Wynnewood, Oklahoma to Gaines and Iva Kester Cline.She graduated from Wynnewood High School in 1959 and later attended O.S.U. in Okmulgee. She was the first woman to complete a degree for baking and cake decorating. Mrs. Gibson opened a bakery in Wynnewood after completion of school and was later employed for the food services with Ada Public Schools. She was currently a receptionist with the Ada Youth Services. She was an active member of Southwest Church of Christ.She married Walter "Waldo" Gibson Dec. 7, 1968. He died March 11, 1994.Survivors include two sisters, Julia Gilley, and her husband J.C., Tulsa, , and Linda Swaim, and her husband Rex, Yukon; six nieces and nephews; and six great-nieces and nephews.
