Ann was born in Cardston, Alberta, Canada on April 29, 1920 to Ernest and Roseltha Parrish. She spent her youth in Mountain View, Canada and moved to Farmington, Utah when she was 16 years old. She married Albert Gruendell in 1941 and they had seven children. She and Albert enjoyed 54 years of marriage prior to his passing. She was a faithful member of the LDS Church and held many positions throughout her life. An outgoing person, Ann enjoyed spending time with her family, and cultivating many friendships wherever she was.
Preceded in death by Albert and three sons; Philip, Roger and Victor. Surviving are her children; Douglas (Dorrit), Lacey, Washington, Eric (Barbara), Bountiful, Valerie Buckalew, Murray, Kurt (Lisa), West Jordan, 17 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, June 28, 2008, at 2:00 p.m. at Wasatch Lawn Mortuary, 3401 South Highland Drive, East Millcreek. Family and Friends may call on Friday, June 27, 2008 from 6-8 p.m. and one hour prior to Services at the same location.
Interment at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park.
