He loved the 4th of July and hosting family cookouts.Billy was proud to serve his country in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He retired from Hill Air Force Base after 31 years of service in Flight Test and Tech Services.
Billy is survived by his wife of 66 years, Cora; one son,and three daughters, one sister. He had 17 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, Donna Muir and Betty Vaughn, and one son- in -law, Dennis Sedgwick.
Interment, Lindquist's Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd., where military honors will be accorded.
