She was married to William Burkhart, who died in 1890. She is survived by three sons, Clinton of Altoona, Thomas of Eldorado, Jacob of Gallitzin, and two daughters, Mrs. Vincent Schriver and Mrs. John Connolly, both of Altoona, and two step-sons, John of Dallas, Tex., and William of Altoona, and two step-daughters, Mrs. Wm. Hahn, of South Fork and Mrs. Joseph Eichenlaub of Elstie.
Mrs. Burkhart was a member of the Dunkard Church of Carson Valley, which she joined in 1863. The funeral will leave the house at 9 o'clock and proceed to Carson Valley Church, where the services will be held by Rev. Brice Sell, of Leamersville, and Rev. J. W. Wilt. Interment will be made in the cemetery at that church.
Children include: Clinton, George, Thomas G, Sarah Eliz, Jacob S, Ines.
