Dorothy Ann Eakin, 75, died Tuesday, July 3, 2007, in Madill, Okla.
Graveside service: 1 p.m. Saturday in Tye Cemetery, Burleson. Visitation: 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at White's Azle Funeral Home.
Dorothy was born in Fort Worth on Feb. 24, 1932, to Ed Harrison Wentworth and wife, Maude. She had an avid career in nursing. Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert Eakin; daughter, Martha; and one son, Roy.
Survivors: Sons, Sterling Eakin and wife, Jaye, of Lipan, Johnnie Eakin and wife, Ruth, of Oklahoma and Bob Eakin and wife, Linda, of Azle; sisters, Mary Sewall of Fort Worth and Billie Jean Cole of Fort Worth; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
