MRS. F. E. NELON PASSES

Mrs. F. E. Nelon, 78, died Friday at the home of her son, James Robert Nelon, 2106 South Seventh. She passed at 1:34 AM, after a brief illness.

Funeral services will be held from the Third Street Baptist church, Saturday at 2 PM. Rev. V. Lewis Nunneburger will be officiating, assisted by Rev. W. P. Jones. Burial will be in the Rosenthal cemetery. Compton's Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Frances was born in Sugar Creek, Missouri to, James and Arvasine Anderson Farris. She came to Waco, when she was fifteen.

Surviving are three sons, Russ Nelon of Kingsville; Columbus Townsend Nelon Jr. of Forth Worth; and James Robert Nelon of Waco; three daughters, Birdie Nelon; Mrs. C. W. (Lonie) Collins of San Angelo; and Mrs. D.W. (Willie Belle) Collins of Waco.

Also surviving are 32 grandchildren and 33 great grandchildren.
