Jane was born Sept 4th 1951 in Denver,CO to Lt Col USAF Lester D Stowell and Betty Jane Wilcox-Stowell.On Aug 7, 1970 she married Victor Ray Sheets in Crystal MI where they continued to reside. Together they had two children Jeremy Ray and Amanda Jane She was very active in the community and school, becoming a Carson City Crystal Board of Education Member.

Gone but never forgotten, forever in our hearts.
