Aurora Nell "Babe" Allen, 95, of Brandenburg, formerly of Wolf Creek, died Thursday Feb. 20, at Humana Hospital Audubon.

Born in Meade County on August 24, 1896, she was the daughter of the late John Kendall and Celestia Chism Kendall.
She is survived by two Children, Mrs Hazel Singleton, Brandenburg and Joseph W. Allen Evansville, IN. 9 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 1:00p.m. Sunday Feb.23 from the chapel of Jenkins Funeral Home with Dr. Billy D. Marcum officiating. Interment was in the Parr Cemetery.
