Corrine Denise Andrews, 23, Kokomo, went to be with the Lord at 2:57 p.m. Tuesday, June 17, 2008, from Howard Regional Health System. Born March 17, 1985, in Kokomo, she was the daughter of Edward Milton Andrews and Beth Ann (Wright).
Corrine loved her son, Jerimiah, more than anything in the world. He was her world. She attended Northwestern High School and First Christian Church of Kokomo. She was a ballet dancer through her teenage years, also a cross country runner in her freshman year of high school. She was a member of the Kokomo Fire Dragons for two years earning her green belt.
Survivors include her parents of Kokomo; one son, Jerimiah Edward Andrews, Kokomo; Jerimiah's father, Brian Edward Smail, Kokomo; one brother, Michael Milton Andrews, Kokomo; one sister, Michelle JoAnn Andrews, Kokomo; maternal grandparents, Keith and Barbara Wright, Kokomo; paternal grandparents, Bob and Sylvia Andrews, Kokomo; uncles, Ronald and wife Becky Wright, Phoenix, Ariz., and Larry Wright, Kokomo, Son and wife Deb Andrews, Kokomo; aunts, Kristie and husband Tom Wright Smith, Kokomo, Cindy and husband Mike McGraw, Kokomo, Jenny and husband Dain Claffey, Kempton; and also many cousins.
Memorial services are 2 p.m. Sunday in Ellers Mortuary Webster Street Chapel, 3400 S. Webster St., Kokomo. Pastor Aaron Webb will officiate. The family will receive friends from noon to 2 p.m. Sunday at the mortuary.
