Mrs. Brennan went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Wednesday, October 16, 2002 at her residence after a lengthy illness. She was born in Franklin Parish, LA and lived in the Shreveport-Greenwood area since 1951.
She was retired from Bell South.
Mrs. Brennan was preceded in death by her loving husband of 42 years, Eddie Brennan, Sr.; her parents, William and Lucy Antley; and one brother, Junior Antley.
She is survived by one daughter, Tricia Wilkinson and husband, Darrell of Broken Bow, OK; one son, Eddie Brennan, Jr. of Shreveport, LA; four sisters, Joyce Brown of Winnsboro, LA, Helen Woods of Baskin, LA, Shirley Taravella of Blanchard, LA and Beverly Sonnier of Brookhaven, MS; five grandchildren, Kelly and April Brennan, Tyler Brennan Welch, and Dalton and Jordan Wilkinson; two great-grandchildren, Raven and Riley Thibedeau; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and a multitude of friends.
Pallbearers will be John Evans, Mike Adams, Butch Ivie, Jeremy Guerra, Matt Callahan, and Dexter Mathis.
The family would like to thank Mrs. Brennan's sisters especially Shirley, Southland Home Health and Odyssey Hospice for their loving care. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church of Greenwood Building Fund.
